Brenda Doles, RN, MBA
Principal
Ms. Doles is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of HCRS. As a seasoned entrepreneur, administrator and clinician with over 15 years of demonstrated success in the health care industry. Since co-founding HCRS in 1995, she has guided the company as its President through steady growth and expansion.
Philip Nathanson
Chief of Staff; Acting Director Business Development
Mr. Nathanson brings to HCRS over 30 years of healthcare management and consulting experience, spanning public, private and non-profit sectors. He assists the Principals with organizational strategy and governance. As Acting Director, Business Development, he directs HCRS' program of strategic growth.
Mr. Nathanson's senior management experience includes the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Aetna Health Plans, and the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). His consulting clients have included the National Institutes of Health, Cleveland Clinic Health System, Sutter Health, Amgen Inc., and many other agencies and healthcare organizations.
Satyan Agarwal, MBA
Controller; Acting Director, Human Resources
Mr. Agarwal has over 20 years of diversified experience in Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, Management Information Systems, Planning, and Business Systems Applications Development. He has served in senior corporate finance positions in the healthcare, manufacturing, information technology, food, airline, travel and accounting industries.
Mr. Agarwal has in-depth knowledge of GAAP, FAR, DFAR, CAS, Government Accounting (DCAA compliance), CPFF, CPAF, FFP & T&M Contracts, DCAA Indirect Rates structure and build up, FP&A, EVMS, FAR, DFAR, CAS, IAS / IFRS (International Accounting Standards & International Financial Reporting System), and ERP Systems, including DELTEK (System 1 & GCS Premier), Deltek Time & Expense, ADP payroll processing, and Quick Books
