Situation Analysis
The Office of Federal Detention Trustee (OFDT) contracted with HCRS to provide project management, consulting services and managed care best practices on behalf of the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS). The agency elected HCRS to be involved in the critical implementation phase of the USMS’s first-ever national managed health care system.
Solution
According to LCDR Michael Tingen, RN/Nurse Consultant at the USMS headquarters office in Washington, DC, “HCRS is having a positive impact on our project. (Their) involvement has added value to the overall approach and delivery of this project."
