HCRS TEAMS WITH LOCKHEED MARTIN TO HELP SUPPORT AIR FORCE HEALTHCARE AND HEALTH IT SERVICES
WILL COMPETE OVER FIVE YEARS FOR $985 MILLION IN MANAGEMENT AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, STUDIES AND ANALYSES, AND ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL SERVICES
HCRS is part of a team of expert firms assembled by Lockheed Martin to compete with thirteen other winning teams under the Air Force Medical Services (AFMS) Consultant, Advisory and Technical Services (CATS) contract. This five-year contract will issue task orders in areas vitally important to the Air Force’s healthcare administration and health information technology initiatives. Task Orders will fall into three areas:
- Management and Professional Services. Supporting AFMS managers in planning, data analysis, program and policy development and management, along with providing subject matter expertise to meet a variety of administrative management and staffing assistance needs.
- Studies, Analyses and Evaluations. Providing financial analysis, business process consulting, and operational studies and evaluations of medical operations, including modernization, organizational roles and responsibilities, mission capability, force strategy, and force structure options.
- Engineering and Technical Services. Providing advice, assistance and training required to maintain and operate AFMS infrastructure, from facilities management to specialized medical training.
HCRS has been awarded participation in all three task order areas by Lockheed Martin, one of the largest providers of consulting services to government in the United States and globally.
